Select the Right Channel Partner
Once you’ve selected the search criteria that best represents your needs, there are four simple but important ways for you differentiate one channel partner from another based on their relationship within the PartnerEmpower program: community, technology, specialization and program level.

  • PROGRAM LEVEL qualifies a company’s achievements as a Motorola Solutions channel partner. There are four PartnerEmpower levels that recognize the success of a partner’s relationship with Motorola Solutions. At the highest tier, Platinum channel partners have achieved the most specializations and grown their Motorola Solutions business most significantly. Our Gold channel partners, followed by our Silver channel partners, have also proven their considerable expertise through specialization and demonstrated market success. Our Authorized channel partners have met a set of core requirements.
  • COMMUNITY defines a channel partner’s business model and how they can work with you. You can purchase Motorola Solutions products from a Reseller, a Value-Added Reseller (VAR), a Dealer or a Manufacturer’s Representative, depending on the product and the complexity of your technology needs. If you are looking for software that runs on our products, you will work with an Application Partner.
  • TECHNOLOGY defines a channel partner’s areas of expertise in one or several of our product portfolios. Technology designations also enable a partner to sell you a product from a given product portfolio.
  • SPECIALIZATION defines a partner’s expertise in a technology, in a market or in application development. There are companies that have demonstrated a significant level of competency and success in a particular technology, software development or vertical market. These companies, particularly Elite Specialists, have met rigorous criteria for certification and experience in addressing customer needs.

Your use of this Application Finder and Partner Finder website (“Application Finder and Partner Finder”) is subject to the following terms which, if you have a current contract with Motorola Solutions, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries (the “Channel Contract”), will serve as an Addendum to such contract. By using the Application Finder and Partner Finder you agree that Motorola will treat your use of the Application Finder and Partner Finder as acceptance of these terms. If there is any contradiction or inconsistency between the Channel Contract and these terms, the Channel Contract shall take precedence. To minimize antitrust concerns, you understand and agree that you will not use Application Finder and Partner Finder to communicate about an opportunity with another party who would otherwise be a competitor for that opportunity.

You understand and agree that all information originated from you and/or from other third parties and included in the Application Finder and Partner Finder, including but not limited to contact details and specific interest and specialization of your company or other Motorola Solutions channel partners in products and services (the “Content”) is provided at the sole responsibility of the entity from which such content originated, and Motorola Solutions has no responsibility to you or to any third party for the Content and/or the results obtained from searches conducted while using the Content or for the uses made of that Content.

Motorola Solutions reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all Content from the Application Finder and Partner Finder.

(C) ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE APPLICATION FINDER AND PARTNER FINDER WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, TIMELY OR RELIABLE, AND

(D) DEFECTS IN THE OPERATION OR FUNCTIONALITY OF ANY SOFTWARE, TOOL OR SEARCH METHODOLOGY PROVIDED AS PART OF THE USE OF THE APPLICATION FINDER AND PARTNER FINDER WILL BE CORRECTED.

MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS, AND/OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
